The Ultimate Beta app was built as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by the Ultimate Beta Team at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Your email address is retained in our servers so long as your account exists, in order to log you in to the app and retain state pertaining to your account. Any images including, but not limited to, your profile picture, boulder problem thumbnails and beta video thumbnails are kept in the service until the boulder problem no longer exists in the app, due to a wall reset. You can delete any content uploaded by your own account at any time via the app. Content uploaded is visible to any signed-in user of the app and only a verified email address is required to sign into the app. Therefore, content uploaded to the app should be considered as public to the internet.

Any videos, including but not limited to beta videos, that your upload to the app are visible to any signed-in user of the app, and only a verified email address is required to sign into the app. Therefore, video content uploaded to the app should be considered as public to the internet.

You may request a full deletion of your account, along with all user-uploaded content at any time, by emailing info@ultimatebeta.app with this request. We can only delete accounts after receiving a deletion request from the email address associcated with the account.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Whenever you use the service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.
